Legacy Sports Cancellation/Refund Policy

If You Cancel (We’ll Miss You on the Field):

• 30+ Days Before Camp: Full refund minus a small fee of $25 (we need to pay the person who deflates all the practice balls).

• 15–29 Days Before Camp: 50% refund. The other half will go toward all the orange slices we already bought.

• 14 Days or Less Before Camp: No refund, but you can apply those funds to a future camp. By now, we’ve already written your name on a jersey and assigned you to the team that really needed your help.​

​If We Cancel (Unlikely, but Hey, We’re Not VAR):

• If camp is canceled for any reason (field flooding, rogue soccer balls, or an unexpected call-up to coach the national team), you’ll get a full refund or can join another session.

Need to Transfer? We Get It:

• You can transfer to another session up to 14 days before camp starts. Think of it as switching teams mid-season, minus the transfer fee (because we’re nice).

Special Circumstances:

• Injuries, alien abductions, or getting scouted by a pro team are valid reasons for cancellation (documentation required—yes, even for aliens). We’ll work with you to find a solution.

Weather Policy:

• We play through rain, wind, and questionable penalty calls. Unless the field is underwater or there’s a tornado, camp is on. No refunds for weather—we’ll just slide tackle Mother Nature and keep going.

• We will have additional options if weather is bad.
